For the purpose of this registration fee schedule, all countries/territories with no GPD data available on the IMF table are grouped under Category C. In case of any dispute, the APAO reserves the right to make the final decision.
Δ The trainee rate is available only through online registration. If you miss the online registration deadline, you can still attend the Congress by paying the standard ophthalmologist rate on-site. You may then apply for a partial refund by submitting a completed trainee declaration form to declaration@apaophth.org AFTER the Congress.

Group Registration
For groups with more than 5 delegates, please submit a Group Registration . Enquiries should be directed to registration@apaophth.org.
Online Payment Security and Data Privacy
- Online payments by Master Card, Visa, American Express and UnionPay are accepted.
- The Organizer does not collect any credit card information. All online transactions are processed by Stripe, with the protection of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and the support of Verified by Credit Card secure code. Payment details are encrypted under the SSL protocol and transmitted directly to the relevant bank for payment approval and settlement.
- Personal information collected through the system will be used solely for the APAO 2026 Congress. The Organizer will not disclose any personal data to third parties.
- The Registration and Abstract Submission System has 128-bit SSL encryption on all pages that handle sensitive information.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your registration, a written request stating your full name and the registered email address must be sent to the APAO 2026 Congress Secretariat by email at registration@apaophth.org.

Important Notes
- Kindly ensure the safety of your delegate badge. A US$20 fee will be charged for replacement printing in case of loss.
- Tickets for Social Programs will not be reissued.
