Name Badge Collection

Welcome to Hong Kong, China! 

If you have completed your registration for APAO 2026, you should have received an enrollment letter which includes:

  • a QR code for collecting your congress name badge; and

  • a link to download a facilitation letter for using a dedicated immigration counter at the Hong Kong International Airport.

Please collect your name badge at one of the following points: 

1.Airport Registration Counter

📍Location: Baggage Reclaim Hall B of Hong Kong International Airport

🕑Operating hours: 10:30 to 18:00 daily, February 3 to 6

2.Self-Service Check-in Kiosks

📍Location: Concourse, Level 5, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC)

3.Registration Counter

📍Location: Concourse, Level 5, Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC)

✏️Service: On-site registration available for those who have not completed their registration online

Holders of delegate badges, please proceed to the Delegate Materials Pick-Up Counter in Exhibition Hall 5FG (Level 5 of HKCEC — same floor as the kiosks and the Registration Counter) to get your exclusive delegate bag. Your ribbon (if applicable) will also be ready there.

Located in Hong Kong’s central business district, the HKCEC is served by multiple bus routes, walkable from two MTR stations, and conveniently accessible by taxi. Detailed directions can be found in the venue’s official transportation guide.

Congress publications, including the Final Program, Abstract Book, and Exhibition Directory, are now ready for download. We encourage you to read the Congress Practical Guide section for essential information that facilitates your participation.

The 41st Asia-Pacific Academy of Ophthalmology Congress, Hong Kong, China 04/02/2026 - 08/02/2026, has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 24.5 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

The EACCME® awards ECMEC®s on the following basis:

0.5 ECMEC® for 30 minutes of CME with a maximum of 8 ECMEC®’s per day.

DISTINGUISHED SERVICE AWARDS
The Distinguished Service Awards are presented to ophthalmologists of APAO’s member organizations for their distinguished service to improving ophthalmology in their countries or tariff territories.


OUTSTANDING SERVICE
IN PREVENTION OF BLINDNESS AWARDS
The Outstanding Service in Prevention of Blindness Awards are given to individuals or organizations whose contributions are instrumental in prevention of blindness in the Asia-Pacific region.
