Per Congress, one point is awarded per category regardless of the number of presentations made in the same category. An individual can earn a maximum of four points from the same congress.

Awardees can enjoy complimentary registration for the Congress in the year they receive the awards. They will be recognized at an award presentation ceremony and receive an Achievement Award ribbon. Their photos will be published in the Congress Program Book.

Points are calculated automatically by the APAO Central Secretariat. Once you reach one of the following award thresholds — Achievement Award (10 points), Senior Achievement Award (30 points), or Life Achievement Honor Award (60 points) — you will be identified as a potential awardee, and the Secretariat will contact you to arrange for the award presentation during the Congress.

You can log in to your APAO ID account here to check your current points record. For full details on point allocation and award criteria, please visit APAO Achievement Award Program web page.
